DevOps Engineer

Design, build, and operate production infrastructure for our clients across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem. You will work directly with founders and engineering leaders to ship reliable systems and raise the bar on automation, observability, and security.

What you will do

  • Architect and deploy Kubernetes clusters across multiple clouds and bare metal
  • Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Terraform
  • Own observability stack setup: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and policy with IaC
  • Respond to production incidents and lead postmortems with clear writeups
  • Pair with client engineering teams to transfer knowledge and document systems

Must have

  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
  • Production experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed)
  • Strong Terraform, Helm, and Bash / Python scripting
  • Hands-on with at least one major cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Solid Linux fundamentals, networking, and container internals
  • Clear written English for async collaboration with global clients

Nice to have

  • CKA, CKAD, or equivalent Kubernetes certification
  • GPU workload experience (NVIDIA operator, MIG, scheduling)
  • Security tooling: Vault, OPA, Trivy, or similar
  • Experience with Hetzner, Linode, or Contabo bare metal

QA Engineer

Own quality for the products we ship. You will build test strategy from scratch for new client engagements, write automation that catches real regressions, and work shoulder to shoulder with developers so quality is baked in, not bolted on.

What you will do

  • Design test plans for web apps, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Write and maintain E2E automation in Playwright or Cypress
  • Build API test suites with Postman, RestAssured, or similar
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD so every PR runs the right checks
  • Report issues with clear reproduction steps, logs, and severity
  • Drive release readiness: smoke tests, regression passes, and signoff

Must have

  • 2+ years in QA with a mix of manual and automation testing
  • Strong hands-on with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
  • API testing fundamentals (HTTP, JSON, auth flows)
  • Experience with at least one CI system (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
  • Git workflow comfort and ability to read code in JS/TS or Python
  • Attention to detail and clear written bug reports

Nice to have

  • Performance testing with k6 or Locust
  • Mobile app testing (iOS, Android)
  • Security testing basics (OWASP Top 10, Burp)
  • Exposure to Kubernetes or cloud environments
